Since being admitted to the Florida Bar, Ms. Suarez has focused her practice on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Probate, and other elder law matters. She also provides legal representation in civil practice litigation, including the areas of real property, real property disputes, and representation of clients in Federal court for bankruptcy-related matters.

Ms. Suarez is admitted before the Florida Bar, including the Southern Districts of Florida.

Ms. Suarez graduated and received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008. That same year she served as a Certified Legal Intern for Miami-Dade County’s State Attorney’s Office, the largest prosecutor’s office in Florida and the fourth largest in the nation. In 2006 Ms. Suarez attended the Institute for International Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she gained a better understanding of international law, procedure and how it affects many dual residents in South Florida. Ms. Suarez graduated with Honors from St. Thomas University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Bachelor of Arts in English and Bachelor of arts in Criminal Justice.
